How long will it take my items to ship?

Shipping times depend on what speed you'd prefer items get to you. Either select standard shipping and items typically take 3-5 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping usually takes 1-2 days. Shipping prices vary by number of items/weight of overall orders. 

I entered the wrong address. What do I do?

Please email support@flex-brands.co ASAP. The fulfillment of items can be completed as quickly as TWO hours after items are purchased. We may not be able to stop and correct your order outside of two hours after purchase.

I haven't received my order!

First off, don't panic! A third party does our fulfillment and they have centers all across the country. In order for them to deliver to you as quickly as they can, sometimes they will take different stock from different warehouses. As a result you may receive part of your order before other parts. Rest assured, you should received the rest of your order within the next 3-5 business days. If you still haven't received your order after this time frame, then you may email support@flex-brands.co

What is the shipping process like?

As shipping is multiple warehouses around the country, you can expect to have your product within 5 business days of placing your order!

What is your return policy?

As our products are both perishable and edible, we will not be accepting returns or processing refunds for quality assurance purposes.

Do you sell products in stores?

At present, FLEX does not sell our physical product in stores.

What happens if I've misplaced my order?

Due to the speed of our 3rd party fulfillment center, we will be able to stop and refund MOST orders if you contact us within 24 hours or placing your order. Contact support@flex-brands.co
